As your Design Builder CBA will:
- Partner with architects to detail the design development that determines, from the beginning, all phases and construction means and methods required to achieve the best quality at the best price.

Use established national relationships with material suppliers and prime subcontractors to ensure that quality construction at the best price.
- Ease management of cash flow schedules for architectural engineering, construction, legal and municipal fees.
- Provide churches with preliminary critical paths of construction
determining mobilization, specific procedures, delivery times, construction staging of facilities, owner impact program requirements, safety programming, and the development of procurements. This makes coordination of responsibilites less burdensome on church staff.
- Provide Due Diligence Support: Our Project Developers will work with you and your legal/consultaning team to walk you through all phases of Civil Engineering, Surveying, Soil Testing, and Zoning Analysis.
